SWAMP (Shooting Walking And Muddy Paws) are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.
We have tried to make our catalogue as simple as possible for ease of use but if you have any problems using the web site or have any suggestions or comments on your experience with SWAMP and swamp-online.co.uk please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact page.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Please be sure to order your correct size of clothing (or boots) and leave enough room for thick jumper (or socks) if required.
Buying online through our web stores is quicker, since your credit card payment is cleared on-line and thus your order commences processing much sooner, but if you prefer you can also order by mail (by enclosing a sterling cheque made payable to SWAMP), by faxing your order to us (giving your credit / debit card details) or by telephone on 01200 441 330.
Please note we do charge you for any item before shipping. Backordered items are not charged until they are ready for shipping at which point we will contact you to confirm payment. All prices are shown in sterling and include 15% VAT on adult's clothing and 0% VAT on children's clothing.
We will contact you by the information that you have provided to confirm you order, this confirmation will become a binding contract between us at SWAMP and yourself.
Due to our policy of continual improvement we reserve the right to make alterations to our product line, specifications and pricing at any time.

We do not store your credit or debit card details.
SWAMP do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. We will always treat the information we collect from you as personal and confidential. Your details will only be used to complete orders, provide you with the best possible service and to enable us to send you information about promotional offers and new products or services. You information will only be used for;
a. Fulfilling customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
DELIVERIES
If you require urgent delivery we would always recommend you contact us by telephone to confirm if this is possible.
We aim to deliver in 7–10 clear working days. If any part of your order will take longer, we will telephone or email you and you can cancel the item if you wish. In the extremely unlikely event of an order taking longer a full refund will be offered if you choose to cancel your order. The time-of-day for deliveries cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will only be sent to the payment address, this is for your own security.
SWAMP reserves the right to part ship orders at their own cost. If you want to know the status of your order then please send an E-mail to sales@swamp-online.co.uk stating your order number. Or give us a call on (+44) 01200 441 330. If you require shipping outside mainland UK please call for additional prices for packaging and shipping. WE ARE ABLE TO DELIVER WORLDWIDE.
Goods sent REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON RECEIPT.
Please note that delivery is free for orders over £250.
Deliveries to the UK Mainland carry a £ 7.95 delivery charge which will be added automatically at checkout.
To discourage internet fraud, it is our policy to deduct the money due (for both goods & delivery charges) from your credit / debit card at time of order (not when we despatch the goods) and only paid orders will be delivered.
Despatch of goods is subject to product availability, which may in some rare circumstances delay shipment.
Please be aware that the delivery company will be unable to leave the goods at the delivery address without a signature accepting them as proof of delivery. Any requests made during the order process to leave the goods without signature will be ignored. All goods are shipped in the standard manufacturer's packaging and we are afraid that we are unable to gift wrap the goods, nor can we append any customer specific greetings.
All shipping is by Insured Courier to UK. Overseas orders charged at fully insured courier rate, email sales@swamp-online.co.uk for details.
Returned parcels charges are non refundable.
Courier service is only available for working week deliveries.
BACK ORDERS
We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all products. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict.
If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible. If we cannot get the item we will cancel your order immediately and let you know by email and you will receive a full refund. If we can get the item, but cannot deliver it to you within our delivery policy, we will email you with the option to cancel your order.
TRADE DISCRIPTIONS ACT
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this web site are correct. However, whilst the colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods can occur.
RETURNS
You can send an item back if the item is damaged, faulty or does not match the description on the web site within 14 days - if an item is sent back unused we will exchange it for another product or provide a full refund.
You hold responsibility for the item until it reaches us so you should ensure that it is well packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Postage will be charged for replacements and the original postage charge is not refundable.
Before returning any items please call us at SWAMP on (+44) 01200 441 330 for a returns form. This must be enclosed with the goods you are returning.
If you have received damaged or faulty goods then we will either replace them or credit the card you used to pay for the goods. We will also refund your delivery charges.
If you have the wrong size or colour then we will send out the correct product or offer you a full refund. All goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Goods must be returned unused and in an ‘as new’ condition your replacement items will not be dispatched until the original item has been returned in its original state, new and unused. If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 14 days from receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received at swamp-online.co.uk, we’ll issue a refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method less the original delivery charge.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue you with a new replacement item or you are entitled to a full refund via your original payment method.
Goods Faulty on Arrival
If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 28 days to inform us of the fault. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we’ll issue a replacement item or you are entitled to a full refund via your original payment method.
Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge.
